The Service

Orchard generates, hosts, and helps you publish AI-assisted blog content for your business, including SEO optimization and discoverability features. Drafts are never published without your approval.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

Your content and responsibilities

  • You retain ownership of the business information you provide and the published content on your blog.
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated drafts before publishing and for ensuring the final content is accurate, lawful, and non-infringing.
  • You confirm you have the right to use any domains, trademarks, logos, and links you connect to the Service.
  • You may not use the Service to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content, or to engage in spam or manipulative SEO practices that violate search engine guidelines.

Custom domains

If you connect a custom domain, you are responsible for configuring DNS correctly and for your right to use that domain. TLS certificates are provisioned automatically through our hosting provider.

AI-generated content

Content is produced with the assistance of AI models and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. The Service is provided to assist you; you remain the publisher and editor of record for all content you approve.

Availability and changes

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orchard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
